Service Users’ views

We conduct regular client and staff satisfaction surveys to seek views of clients and staff about the Agency.

Clients indicated an overwhelming satisfaction with our performance in key areas of: overall satisfaction 100%; staff performance 100%; information given 100%; complaints/concerns handling 100%; “would you recommend the agency?” 100% said yes.

Staff are generally very happy with the agency. Their overall satisfaction with training, supervision, induction to new clients, complaints and recruitment practice is 100%.
